This tour is a small masterpiece by Karsten: The 700 meters of altitude are almost completely between KM 30 and 50, i.e. on only 20 km. Accordingly, it goes up and down tirelessly all the time. And just when you think you've made it, there's another ramp. As is so often the case, it goes out of the city via the airport, but then it turns differently than usual and as I said, after 30 km it starts. You then return over the Severins Bridge. And here are the most beautiful climbs:
- Menzlingen-Lüghausen 1.7 km with 94 m elevation gain, so steep ...
- Bleifeld to junction 2 km with 96 m elevation gain
- Volbach > Untervolbach climb 1.5 km with 49 m elevation gain at the end
