Nice variant of the Tuesday round: Via the airport out into the Bergisch region and via Mühlheim back to the city. In between are a few beautiful hills:
- Holiday mountain 1.4 km with 85 m elevation gain
- Neuhonrath-Holl 1.6 km with 108 m elevation gain
- Koelner Str to Kreutzhaeuschen Climb (Full) 3 km with 128 m elevation gain
- To The Meadows Climb known from RuK ... with 2.7 km and 136 m elevation gain
