Just under 100km - in summer this is also possible as an after-work round or on Friday at the start of the weekend. Via Mülheim out into the Bergisch region and on partly unknown paths to Hohkeppel and back via the airport. The most beautiful hills:
- Scherfbachtal to Eikamp Climb 3.1 km with 116 m elevation gain
- Georghausen to Schmitzhöhe Junc 1.1 km with 85 m elevation gain
- Hohkeppel steep part 0,7 km with 67 m elevation gain
