Because I have often asked, a short article, how and with what I photograph while cycling. Quick Summary: Panasonic "Traveller Zoom" Lumix TZ202 in a bag from Road Runner and post-processing with Adobe Ligthrtoom.

The Panasonic TZ202 has a very large zoom range and starts very wide-angle - transferred to 24 mm - which is usually needed for cycling. But sometimes it's also handy to be able to zoom in on the subject. The camera can be easily operated with one hand, i.e. turn it on, zoom in and off again. Unfortunately, it takes a bit of time to retract the lens, which is sometimes a bit uncomfortable on descents.

The camera doesn't fit in the jersey pocket, so I have a bag on the handlebars from the brand "Road Runner" (they actually make bags for climbers), which can be attached easily and safely.

The camera has a 1'' large sensor, which is quite large compared to all-weather cameras and of course mobile phone cameras, hence the better image quality. However, I edit each photo in Adobe Lightroom, otherwise the photos wouldn't be as crisp. To do this, I shoot exclusively in raw format.
